Thanksgiving Desserts 📅 Friday, November 21st ⏰ 3:30–4:00PM Thanksgiving Desserts 📅 Friday, November 21st ⏰ 3:30–4:00PM We’re wrapping up race day with a Thanksgiving dessert celebration on the last day of school before the break. Each grade will bring desserts to share for their fellow grade-level students, and parents are welcome to come and partake as well. Volunteers may sign up for more than one item—just submit a signup for each item. If a slot is no longer visible, that means all three spots for that dessert have been filled. Grade-level parents will help confirm how many students have dietary sensitivities to plan accordingly for gluten-free or vegan desserts. This is a strictly nut-free event to ensure everyone’s safety. One parent per grade should sign up to bring Forks (pack of 100). The PA will provide plates and paper towels. To reduce waste and keep things simple, we will not have drinks or cups—students are encouraged to drink water from their water bottles after the race. Desserts should be dropped off in the auditorium, where each grade will have a designated table. Parents should park at Pickwick and walk around the parking lot to the front of the school, entering through the doors near the auditorium to avoid disrupting the race.
